Key visuals for “Sei☆Onisan” (Saint☆Young Men) II film/episodes are released

The popular manga series “Sei☆Onisan” (Saint☆Young Men) will be distributed on Picma TV and the second film will be in theaters on June 6th.

The film will feature Matsuyama Kenichi as Jesus Christ and Sometani Shota as Gautama Buddha and for the second film, the two will now visit Akihabara where PC Geek, Jesus Christ wants to visit.

The second edition episodes 1-5 will be distributed on June 1st and June 8th, episodes 6-10 will be distributed, while the theatrical version will be released for two weeks at Tatekawa Cinema City from the 6th and Aeon Cinema from the 7th.

Meanwhile, the Blu-ray and DVD for the first series will be released on June 5th.

The popular series by Nakamura Hikaru has sold over 16 million copies.

The original manga/anime series features life between Jesus and Bhudda who live together as roommates in an apartment in Tachikawa, Tokyo. They are taking a vacation and attempt to hide their identities to learn more about Japanese society.
