Mangaka Maki Youko announces retirement from the manga industry

Mangaka Maki Youko, known for the manga “Love Service!”, “Atashi wa Bambi”, “Romantica Clock”, “Aishiteruze Baby”, “Kirameki no Lion Boy” and many more, has announced her retirement on her Instagram.

Maki wrote that with the completion of “Kirameki no Lion Boy” that she will retire from the world of manga.  Maki said that she would like people to follow her on Instagram, as March 17th next year is the 20th anniversary of her manga debut.
