Another reason why dash cams (drive recorders) are used in Japan, drivers share video of crazy driver

Many people in different countries (especially in the USA and Russia) tend to use dash cams, but in Japan, dash cams a.k.a. (drive recorders) are important, especially with numerous accidents happening and many have been instrumental in capturing accidents and disasters.

Recently,  people shared videos of a crazy driver on the streets from different areas of Japan, not in one prefecture but multiple prefectures.

While the first video showed a white car which was shown to news media, the news media started to received more videos showing the same white car, same model and a Yokohama license plate causing problems on the road.

Drivers have contacted and reported to the police sharing their video and more people in different prefectures are saying they saw the same car/driver and are sharing their video.

In one case, the car blocked a couple from driving and a woman is seen reporting it on her smart phone. The crazy driver gets out of his car and starts harassing and punching the driver of the car behind him.

According to police, a man test drove the car from a Kanagawa Prefecture dealership on loan and was to return it on August 12th.
