Kitagawa Keiko goes for shorter hair for “First Love” movie role

Actress Kitagawa Keiko will be starring in the film “First Love” and will be showing off a shorter hairstyle.

Kitagawa who hasn’t had short hair since her debut on “Bishojo Senshi Sailor Moon” (2003), cut 30 cm (11 inches) of her long hair.

According to Kitagawa, “I feel like I’m a different person. By cutting my hair, I became the character of Yuki”.

“First Love” is based on the 2018 best selling novel by Shimamoto Rio.
