An eye test given to Ogura Yuko on a TBS medical variety show finds a serious eye injury that can lead to blindness

 

TV Talent Ogura Yuko (36) was on the TBS medical variety show “Meii no THE taikoban!” which airs on Decemer 9th.

Ogura said she has been wearing contact lenses for about 20 years but she has been feeling a lot of pain while wearing contact lenses and she typically uses eye drops that are commercially available.

On the show, she as given an eye examination Eyedoc which specializes in early detection of eye disease and the test found a serious eye illness that can lead to blindness.

The examination found there were numerous wounds that were found in the cornea of Ogura’s eyes. Upon further examination, there was an abnormality of the arteries and veins that feed the optic nerve and retina and if the wounds are left as is, there is a possible risk of blindness.
