Miyane Seiji under fire for Goo Hara coverage

NTV has received over a thousand phone and e-mail complaints over the coverage of Goo Hara’s death on “Joho Live Miyane-ya”, which is a show hosted by journalist Miyane Seiji. And now the reporter is under fire as reported by Friday and other media.

Goo Hara committed suicide on November 24th.  On November 27th, a reporter on the show went to the home of where Goo Hara lived and supposedly, the coverage showed the address of the home and made it public.

The reporter said that there were no reporters or fans nearby, but then the next day, the address was full of reporters and fans. It was rumored that the address became public after the show aired.

Miyane is also under fire for being insensitive, as they discussed the revenge porn that her ex-boyfriend tried to use against Goo Hara.  And when it came to showing a section with a play button, Miyane tried to press on the play button multiple times and laughed.

ミヤネ屋内で宮根さんハラちゃんのリベンジポルノ映像見ようと再生ボタンマーク押して笑い取ろうとしたわけ?全く笑えない。ここが韓国なら宮根さんフェミに叩かれて番組降ろされてる。なんで日本はエロいオヤジに甘いの?その動画で心痛めて自殺した女性がいるのに更に辱めようとするの?最低の行為。

ハラちゃんの家晒すとか自殺で亡くなった人のパネルあんな形で出すとか弔う気持ちなんてミヤネ屋からはとても感じられない

宮根さんはハラちゃんの自殺は日韓関係が原因だとかBTSがもう入隊したとか適当なことばかり

大多数の人が見るんだからせめて正しい情報を正しい伝え方で伝えてくれませんか
