Hirate Yurina (18), the center for Keyakizaka46, has a well-documented number of health injuries.
In December 2017, Hirate collapsed during the “Kouhaku Uta Gassen” performance from mild hyperventilation, in January 2018 due to a tricep brachial muscle injury.
In September 2018, Hirate fell 6.5 feet offstage and diagnosed with bruising and in December 2018, due to sacroiliac join instability in her left sacroiliac joint and lumbar bruises.
And while she was unable to perform at “Kouhaku Uta Gassen” in 2018, many welcomed Hirate in February 2019 and hoping for a healthy year.
And at NHK’s “Kouhaku Uta Gassen”, Hirate made her return to the highly watched NHK New Year’s eve performance to perform “Fukyowaon” (Dissonance).
But there were many fans concerned that for a high impact dance song, will Hirate be OK?
Hirate was able to perform the song but at the end, many could see her start to hyperventilate once again and after, she was carried out by her fellow members.
