“TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020” alumn and actress Okuyama Haruka to star in the short film “Shitsugao”, crowdfunding for production announced

Before Okuyama Haruka became a housemate at “TERRACE HOUSE TOKYO 2019-2020”, she had starred in several films using the name Taketomi Seika and featured in films such as “Assassination Classroom”, “Assassination Classroom: The Graduation”,  “Brain Fluid Explosion Girl” and numerous TV series.  She was also a a “Ray” and “non-no” exclusive model and happens to be a big fan of golfing and drag racing.

By 2016, after leaving her agency Sweet Power, she moved to Japan Music Entertainment and changed her name to Haruka.

Okuyama Haruka will now appear in a short film titled “Shitsugao” (lost face) alongside with Masaki Reiya. The two released a teaser video and comment video on YouTube to promote the crowdfunding for support of production in order to have the film compete at film festivals overseas.

The film is directed by Okamoto Yusaku, director of “Swinging Skirt”, “Music of My Life”, “Merry Go Round”, “Lost White”.

Donations would help cover advertising expenses and production costs.  The target goal to raise is 1.8 million yen ($16,443 US).
