Nishijima Takahiro donates $100,000 (AUS) to two support organizations for Australian wildfire relief

AAA’s Nishijima Takahiro’s staff announced on Twitter that the singer had donated $100,000 Australian dollars (about $67,386 US) towards Australian wildfire relief.

Nishijima was among those who helped carry supplies that were sent to Australia.  Nishijima also had the chance to see and pet the animals in Australia while shooting a video in the country.

Nishijima wrote, “last year, I visited Australia for the first time and was amazed at Australia’s beautiful natural landscapes.  Moreover, I was able to meet the wonderful people of Australia and also meet the cute animals that lived there.”

“Even though Perth, which I visited last year was not affected by the fire, I pray that the natural beauty of Australia will not be lost anymore and I pray for a fast recovery. I have donated a total of AU $100,000 to two of the organizations in Australia that is helping the fire recovery”.
