HIKAKIN takes to YouTube to complain of people who are still gathering to see the cherry blossoms during coronavirus crisis

With infections spreading to now over 100 each day in Tokyo (April 4th had 120 people who tested positive in Tokyo), #1 YouTuber in Japan, HIKAKIN, continues to use his influence to tell people not to go outside.

On his latest video, HIKAKIN complained of seeing many people watching the cherry blossoms.
