Imoto Ayako makes first comment about her good friend Takeuchi Yuko’s death on her radio show

Imoto Ayako (34) made her first public comment in regards to her good friend Takeuchi Yuko’s (40) death on her TBS radio show “Imoto Ayako Suppinshan” (every Wednesday at 9:30 p.m.).

At the end of the show, Imoto said, “Honestly, I feel that I haven’t organized my thoughts on anything yet.  I can only step forward now.  Keep stepping.  The truth was that Yuko loved me so much. It’s true that she gave me a lot of love and I myself am happy and in pain.  Whenever I was sad, I would talk to Yuko first before anyone.  At the time, she was more happy, sad and angry than anyone else.  I really got a lot of love and If felt that”.

In a tearful voice, Imoto continued, “I also love Yuko from the bottom of my heart.  I don’t know what to feel, how I feel, what to see…but I’ll do my best.  I’d like to have fun delivering a good radio program next week”.

In 2014, both co-starred on stage for “Kimi to Nara” and at one point, both lived in the same apartment and both have appeared on each other’s Instagram multiple times.
