Blogger and writer Hachu (34) has had enough of the online slander and harassment that she will be disclosing the name and address of those who have posted hurtful online comments
The number of posts that Hachu has contacted the court to disclose on the premise of slanderous defamation is a total of 240.
Hachu will take the trial to the provider to reveal the identities of the other party, so that she can claim compensation. And the costs incurred of identifying those who have harassed her online, they will be billing those individuals.
According to Ha Chu, several cases have been settled, but the trial is still in progress, so she hopes to report more when the trials are over.
