IZ*ONE NEWS: IZ*ONE SPECIAL SURPR*IZ PHOTOBOX to be released on March 10, 2021

As the countdown to IZ*ONE’s final six months as a group, it was announced that their first Japanese photobook titled “IZ*ONE SPECIAL SURPR*IZ PHOTOBOX” (tentative title) is set for release on March 10, 2021.

The book will be released by Shogakukan and will cost Y4545 (Excluding tax) .

The photobox will come with an IZ*ONE calendar, postcards with messages written by members including solo shots, a special sticker, glitter member card with hologram processing, a playback diary, DVD and a special box.  An online event will be held to commemorate the sale of the photobook on December 21st.

Miyawaki Sakura said of the photobook, “This is a photobook in which you can see a lot of us in our natural appearance.  We took pictures while having a barbecue, but there are also people who are seriously eating without worrying about the camera (laughing).  We haven’t had a chance to meet many people in person and we’ve been lonely, so I’d be happy if you could see and feel IZ*ONE closer by looking at this photobook”.

IZ*ONE is a global pop group that was formed from “Produce 48” which featured a collaboration between Korean Entertainment agencies and the AKB48G (members from groups such as AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48 and NGT48) with the final twelve members who made it to the finale would become IZ*ONE (12 Members becoming as One).

Their original contract is for 2.5 years with the group and the month they are set to disband at the end of April 2021.
