Shiroma Miru announces graduation from NMB48

Shiroma Miru (23) announced that she is graduating from the group at an event for “NAMBATTLE ~Tatakawana NMB Chauyaro!~” at Orix Theater in Osaka on March 2nd.

At the end of the event, Shiroma came out and said, “I, Shiroma Miru will graduate from NMB48.  It’s been 11 years since I joined NMB48, and I’m the last 1st gen member.  I’ve been able to see off all 1st gen members to the end because I’ve grown up with the support and help of many people.  I have been thinking of graduating after that.  I’m glad I was able to see so many wonderful places and stayed until the end.  I’ve been running with my own strength for 11 years at NMB48 and I’ve done it without any regrets. As an individual, I would like to take on singing my favorite songs, dance performances and acting and also many other challenges.  I have sometime until I graduate, so I feel I want to show my gratitude to everyone.  I have 11 years of love and 11 years of learning from NMB48 to my juniors.  I would like to convey my love for Namba and the soul of Namba, and I will do my best as run towards the end”.

Shiroma was part of the first group from the opening member audition back in September 20, 2010 which included Yamamoto Sayaka, Watanabe Miyuki and Yoshida Akari and was part of the original 26 which debuted on October 9, 2010.

Shiroma’s graduation concert will be held at Osaka Castle Hall in early summer.
