SONY announces the XPERIA 1 III

SONY announced that their Android smartphone, XPERIA 1 III will be released in the summer of 2021.

The phone will feature the world’s first 4K 21:9 CinemaWide 120Hz HDR OLED display.  X1 for mobile and creator mode will continue to be installed.

The XPERIA 1 III and 5 III are both water resistant and dust proof with both IP65 and IP68 protection.

The 120Hz drive display will accurately read finger movements with 240Hz afterimage reduction technology and high-speed touch detection and for gameplay with FPS.

The phone will also have an external monitor mode, so you can connect connect to a camera.  Both the XPERIA 1 III and 5 III will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack and a 4,500 mAh battery.

The addition of the L-y raiser will help brighten dark scenes and improve visibility of enemies hidden in the shadows.  The volume can be adjusted for each band using the audio equalizer.  This makes it easier to hear only the sounds you want, such as footprints and gunshots.  Also, a clearer voice can be delivered by optimizing voice chat.

In addition, the game screen recording function also supports 120 fps and a new “RT record” that records about 30 seconds.
