Shiraishi Mai will be featured on the regular edition cover of the August issue of “with” and for the special edition version, it will feature Kishi Yuta of King & Prince, his first solo cover in a publication.
On the cover for Shiraishi Mai is a real meerkat, Shiraishi said, while she likes animals, it was her first time she had heard of a meerkat.
Shiraishi said, “It has a cuteness that is different from a cat and dog”. The meerkat named Bell was uncomfortable in a photography studio but when she was hugged by Shiraishi, the meerkat went into relax mode and was sleepy on her lap.
It appears that animals and humans are fascinated by the charm of Shiraishi Mai.
