Legendary musician Sakamoto Ryuichi updated his Instagram on September 21st and commented on Oyamada Keigo (aka musician Cornelius) and his second apology.

On September 17th, Oyamada wrote a lengthier apology letter and said back in 1994, he said the comments of bullying in the interview, as he was trying to put on a persona and what he said was not actual fact.
