Hollywood live film adaptation of “Saint Seiya” has completed its filming

Nittta Mackenyu will be starring in the Hollywood live film adaptation of the popular manga and anime series “Saint Seiya”.

“Saint Seiya” has been serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” since 1985 and is a huge hit with a circulation of over 35 million. Since 1986, it has been produced as a number of animated series and theatrical animated films, and has gained a lot of fans all over the world.

The live-action Hollywood version of “Knights of the Zodiac” will feature Mackenyu, Madison Iseman, Diego Tinoco, Mark Dacascos, Nick Stahl, Famke Janssen, Sean Bean and more.

The director is Tomek Baginsky, who was the executive producer of Netflix’s “The Witcher” and “Into the Night.” The script is written by Josh Campbell & Matt Stacken, who worked on “10 Cloverfield Lane”, and Andy Chen (“Shang-Chi and the Legend of Tenling”) is the stunt coordinator and action coordinator. We are challenging the fusion of Japanese animation action and Hollywood action. The shooting was done in Hungary and Croatia.
