"The Masked Singer" in Japan is nearing its final ninth episode, who will be #1?

The Masked Singer in Japan is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video and the show which began on September 3rd is reaching its climax, with the semi-final episode 8 being delivered on October 8th.

The concept of the program, which is popular overseas, features 12 masked singers, each with their own dedicated production team and the cost is much more than other similar programs and features the participation of celebrities.

With episode 8, the final five contestants will be trimmed to three contestants remaining and the final ninth episode will feature who will win it all.

“The Masked Singer” ranked 5th in distribution content rating according to GEM Partners on September 29th and the ratio of male to female viewers is about 4:6 and while viewers in their 20s are the highest demographic, many in their 30s to their 60s are watching the program.

The panelists are MIYAVI, Mizuhara Kiko, all three members of Perfume.
