Creepy voice of a man screaming airs during news 23 October 7th live news broadcast

TBS news23 was doing a live broadcast as media were reporting news on the earthquake (with a seismic intensity of 5 occurred in the Kanto region).

Around 23:15, Yamamoto Erika (28) was in the Akasaka Erika interviewing people who felt the earthquake. While interviewing the man, a voice of a man screaming can be heard.

The strange voice is heard out of nowhere and it appeared the man who may be responsible is seen running behind the man being interviewed.  Both Yamamoto and the man being interviewed were at a loss for words.

Then the studio asked if Yamamoto can hear them and then the strange voice can be heard again.
