The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fest 2021 will be held on October 30th and October 31st from 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.

Last year’s event was cancelled due to the pandemic (a NicoNico live event was held online instead) and details for this year’s event are yet sparse. But the staff are working on plans to make sure the event is safe and the event will be implementing limited tickets for cosplayers, photographers and premium passports.

About novel coronavirus infection prevention measures

“Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2021” will be held as scheduled after implementing measures to prevent infectious diseases based on the guidelines.

In order to avoid crowds, we will sell a limited number of tickets for all ticket types, and staff and related parties are currently working on remote production as much as possible, and we will take sufficient infection control measures on both the construction date and the production date.

We would like to ask all visitors to cooperate in wearing masks, disinfecting their fingers, restricting admission to the area, etc. in order to prevent the spread of infection.
