The first day of the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2021 took place in East Ikebukuro area near Sunshine City. The main event was limited to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, but people are going to dress up and hang out in Ikebukuro each year for every Halloween weekend.
