Murata Mitsu is now taking care of Kanda Sayaka's dog

Many wondered if Murata Mitsu (44), the ex-husband of Kanda Sayaka (35) would take care of her dog since her passing. Murata answered the question on December 23rd on Twitter telling Sayaka’s fans, “Please rest assured, I will take care of the dog. I have been preparing for it”.

On December 131st, Murata posted a photo of a chihuahua sleeping comfortably.

Fans commented their gratitude for Murata taking in Sayaka’s beloved dog. Now Murata is getting used to the dog using his floor as a toilet but is determined to teach the dog of his new surroundings. Knock on wood both he and Sayaka’s beloved dog can live in harmony.

Murata and Kanda met on the stage for “Danganronpa THE STAGE” back in June 2016 and the two were married in May 2017. The two would divorce in December 2019 as the two were unable to compromise about having children but they remained close and they co-starred in the drama “Watashi no Atama no Naka no Keshigomu 11th Letter”.
