Seto Asaka will be leaving her longtime agency

Another actress will be leaving her longtime agency.

This time around, it is Seto Asaka (45) who announced on her website that she is leaving her agency Foster at the end of May, which she has been affiliated with for 30 years.

Seto wrote, “This time, Seto Asaka is retiring from the agency that I have been indebted to for 30 years on May 31, 2022. I would like to report that it has been made official. I am very grateful to all of those at the agency who guided me when I first came to Tokyo at the age of 15 when I didn’t understand anything. It will be a new challenge for me. Thank you for your continued support and encouragement”.

Seto will be forming a business alliance with another company.

Deki Yukiko of Foster wrote, “I feel that what we have walked and what we achieved together for 30 years is a great achievement for us. We respected the person’s desire to take a new path with this as a break, and made this decision. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the fans and related parties for their warm support for Seto Asaka”.
