Sugisaka Hana wins the newcomer award at the the 30th Hashida Awards

The 30th Hashida Awards has completed and Sugisaka Hana (24) won the “New Face” award (Shinjin-sho jusho), along with Yoshizawa Ryo.

NOTE: The translation of Shinjin could be new face, newcomer or rookie.

Sugisaka said on stage after receiving her award, “I am honored to receive this wonderful award. It is like a treasure for me to be involved with many people and to play. I’m really happy just to come across the work, but I’m very happy to be able to stand in the same place as my respected seniors in this way.”

Sugisaka appeared in films such as “Mugen no Junin” (Blade of the Immortal), “Bleach”, “99.9 Keiji Senmon Bengoshi: The Movie”, “Yokai Daisenso: Guardians” and many more films.
