Jo Yuri looks forward to the day she can visit Japan again

Former IZ*ONE member Jo Yuri has been doing well with the release of her first mini-album “Op.22 Y-Waltz: In Major” and her second song “Love Shhh!” as a soloist.

In an interview with a Japanese sports newspaper, Jo Yuri said that Japan was a favorite country she visited many times during the IZ*ONE era and loves oyakodon that she would purchase from convenience stores.

When asked what she wants to do if she goes to Japan again, Yuri said, “I want to go to a hot spring and a festival. There are festivals in Korea but I want to enjoy the atmosphere of a festival that is unique to Japan”.

Yuri said she really wants to try a classic chocolate banana saying, “I’m curious about it, so I’d love to eat it”.

In addition, Yuri said, “I want to have a fan meeting with Japanese fans”.

When asked what program she would like to appear in, Yuri said in Japanese, “Anything is fine”.

As for words for her Japanese fans, Yuri said, “Thank you very much for always waiting, I would like to see you soon when I can go to Japan again. I want to go see you, so please wait until then!”.
