AKB48 member Honda Hitomi turned 21, former IZ*ONE member gets a surprise birthday wish

AKB48 member and former IZ*ONE member Honda Hitomi turned 21 on October 6th and during her birthday live, she had a surprise when former IZ*ONE member Choi Yena joined to wish her a happy birthday.

Honda Hitomi has had a magnificent career post-IZ*ONE.  She has been the center of AKB48 and is featured on many magazines and commercials.

Honda wrote on Instagram, expressing her thanks for everyone’s support:

I turned 21 🌼 Looking back on the past year, I have been the center of AKB48, the cover of magazines, and my first lead role in a drama. 

I had a lot of experiences and was able to make many dreams come true 🌼 I was able to give shape to each dream, and I was able to celebrate my happy birthday today. Thanks to all of you who helped me.

Today is not just a day to celebrate, but I want to make it a day to express my gratitude to everyone 😊

Thank you for always being by my side and giving me a lot of love 🫶🏻✨ Don’t be afraid to take on new challenges, I would like to open up a new path and fulfill my dreams.
