Singer Kudo Shizuka is celebrating her 35th year anniversary and she was announced as one of the performers at the NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen, the long-running New Year’s Eve special featuring the year’s top acts in a variety of genres, as well as celebrating the anniversary milestones.

Kudo wrote, “It’s my first red and white performance since “Kirara”. There are a lot of people who are very pleased. I’m so glad you enjoyed it! I’m so happy 💕 Thank you so much for all the congratulations”.

Kudo continued, “A big big thank you from me to all of you 🙏 thanks to all involved staff and supporters it’s been a great 35th anniversary. Thank you. On the 35th anniversary, I appeared on a lot of programs, and I think many things connected to the end of the year’s red and white. There are some programs that have not been announced yet, but I will also appear on FNS on 12/7. I also have DS in Ibaraki and Tokyo, so I’ll be careful until the end of the year”.
