Fujishima Kosuke’s “Taiho Shichauzo” (You’re Under Arrest) to be published for the first time in 30 years. The story will be published in the February 2023 issue of “Afternoon” (which will be released on December 23rd).

“Taiho Shichauzo” was serialized in Kodansha’s seinen manga “Morning Party Zokan” and “Morning” from 1986 through 1992 and is about two female Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department officers: Tsujimoto Natsumi and Kobayakawa Miyuki

The series was one of the first anime series to be released on home media in the United States in the early ’90s. Fujishima’s second series “Aa! Megami-sama” (aka Oh My Goddess!) was also popular outside of Japan, and is one of the best selling-manga series of all time.
