Muscle YouTuber and personal trainer Bigarm’s Twitter was updated on March 13th. His mother wrote that he passed away on the 11th, and his fans have been mourning one after another. He was 46 years old.

On Bigarm’s Instagram, his mother posted on behalf of him, “I apologize for the sudden report” and “My son, Shimura Katsuhiro, also known as Bigarm, passed away at 0:29 on March 11th. I am deeply saddened by this sudden incident,” she said, expressing her pain.

Fans commented, “I can’t believe it,” “I’m shocked because it’s so sudden,” and “I can’t hide my turmoil because of the sudden news.” I’m really sorry,” a memorial message has also been sent.

Bigarm was a personal trainer for muscle building who gave lectures on how to use steroids and growth hormones, but announced in December 2022 that he would stop using steroids, which he had been using for 21 years. At that time, he revealed that “My body is getting loose” and “I feel like I used too much”, and reported that he had started to reduce the use of steroids from 3 to 4 years ago.

However, due to continued malaise and heart pressure, he finally revealed that he had reduced the amount to a quarter of the original amount.

After that, in a video posted on February 25, 2023, he showed how he looked three months after quitting steroids and muscle training.

He reported that his weight had dropped from about 105 kg until about half a year ago to the 92 kg range, and he reported that he would resume muscle training in the summer, and that he would continue to grow in addition to steroids at first. He stopped using hormones and confessed that it was “completely natural”.
