Matsutoya Yuming responds to her fans commenting that they couldn’t see her well during the concert due to their seating area

Singer-songwriter Matsutoya Yumi’s official Instagram was updated on May 20th. In response to the flood of complaints about “difficult to see” at her live commentary seat, she reported that she was “trying to respond as much as possible”.

On May 13th, Matsutoya held the first performance of his arena tour “The Journey” commemorating the 50th anniversary of her debut at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa Prefecture. On the 20th, the first day of the Saitama performance, on the official Instagram, under the name of “Manager Kko”, she wrote “The other day, I was able to safely face the first day at Pia Arena. Thank you to everyone who came. I received a lot of complaints on SNS saying that it was difficult.”

The seats are sold as “seats with a difficult view of the stage”, but it seems that many spectators judged that they exceeded the allowable range. I made the seat arrangement the other day based on the judgment that it would be fine if it was this on the drawing, but there were many things that I didn’t know until I actually installed the chairs on site. We are selling it as a commentary seat, but we apologize for the inconvenience and inconvenience for everyone”.
