All LOONA members win their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative

The fan responses are due to a report that all 12 members of the K-Pop group LOONA are free from their contract.

News reports are that the Seoul High Court ruled in favor of the five remaining members of LOONA: Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye and Go Won in their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative for transferring their contracts to Universal Japan without the written consent of the members.

The Seoul High Courty decided to suspend the effect of those exclusive contracts.

With the five members winning their appeal, this means that all 12 members are now free from their contracts from Blockberry Creative.

Chuu was the first member who was removed from the group in November 2022, Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry ended their contracts in January 2023, Hyunjin and ViVi won their lawsuits in May 2023.
