AKB48 Honda Hitomi (21) announced her graduation from the group on the 30th through YouTube.

Although her graduation date is undecided, her last single will be “Idol Nanja Ja Nattara” (released on September 27).

On this day, Honda announced on SNS such as X (formerly known as Twitter) that there would be some kind of announcement, saying, “I have an important report for everyone”.

In the video, Honda said, “I, Honda Hitomi, will graduate from AKB48. I joined AKB48 Team 8 as Tochigi prefecture representative at the age of 12, and have been active for about 10 years. As a member of Team 8, as a member of IZ*ONE, and as a selected member of AKB48, I have been the center of the group twice. I was also given the opportunity to work as a director, and along with the valuable experience, I grew a lot every day.
