The popular exercise game “Fit Boxing” will be discontinued on November 30th

Imagineer Co., Ltd. announced on August 30 (Wednesday) that sales of “Fit Boxing” for Nintendo Switch will end at 23:59 on November 30 (Thursday).

According to the official note released at the same time, the distribution of the download version of the game and the trial version sold at the Nintendo eShop will end on the same date.

In addition, it is said that the software that has already been downloaded can continue to be played even after the sale ends, and it will be possible to re-download and receive update data.

“Fit Boxing” is a boxing exercise game released for Nintendo Switch in December 2018. It is a title that anyone can easily enjoy full-fledged exercises by moving their bodies with instructors played by gorgeous voice actors such as Otsuka Akio, Tanaka Atsuko, Hayami Saori and Nakamura Yuichi.

After its release, it became a hot topic mainly on SNS, such as “It’s tougher than I imagined” and “The voice actors are gorgeous”. One of the appeals of the game was that it allowed players to exercise according to their goals, such as training, dieting, and relieving lack of exercise, and because data such as calorie consumption was automatically managed, allowing them to continue while feeling a sense of accomplishment.

In addition, there are related works such as the sequel “Fit Boxing 2 -Rhythm & Exercise-” and “Fit Boxing Hokuto no Ken ~Omae wa mō yasete iru ~ (You are already thin)”” in collaboration with the manga “Fist of the North Star”.

It is expected that these titles will continue to be sold even after the sale of the original “Fit Boxing” ends.
