Joshima Shigeru to be the Representative Director and President of TOKIO Co., Ltd. with full rights and authority

On the 2nd, three-person group TOKIO Co., Ltd. announced on the Johnny & Associates website that Joshima Shigeru , who serves as TOKIO’s “President and CEO”, has been appointed as “Representative Director and President” on September 30th.

Joshima wanted to carry out activities as a “representative” of both groups. Until now, the company’s representative director was Fujishima Julie Keiko, and Joshima was the company’s president without representative rights. But that has now all changed, as Joshima will now have representative rights and full authority.

According to the statement from TOKIO Co., Ltd., “As of September 30, 2020, Shigeru Jojima, our president and CEO, has been appointed as the ‘new Representative Director and President’.
