The survival audition program “PRODUCE 101 JAPAN: THE GIRLS” broadcasted the first ranking announcement ceremony on November 2nd. The top 50 trainees who will advance to the next stage have been announced.
The first place winner, which was decided with over 34 million votes, was Kasahara Momona, a former member of Hello! Project’s group, “angerme”. Second place went to Kato Kokoro, a former member of the Japanese-Korean mixed female idol group “Cherry Bullet”, a result that seems to reflect her high level of ability backed by her track record.
In addition, position evaluation will start from the next broadcast of the program on the sixth.
As for who got the 50th seat, Otsubo Karen was voted to get the final seat.
