The next “Terrace House” series coming to Tokyo, new series set to begin in May 2019

With the uneventful 49th episode finale of “Terrace House: Opening New Doors”, the good news for fans of the series is that the next “Terrace House” will be in Tokyo for 2019-2020.

Part of the problematic situations that happened with “Terrace House: Opening New Doors” being in Tokyo is that many of the housemates had to work in Tokyo and were gone from the show at times.

Also, those who tried to make it work found it difficult to balance work and the show that they ended up leaving after weeks at the house.So, with this new series, six men and women will be living in a house in Tokyo where the Tokyo Olympic games will be held for the first time in 56 years.

The hosts will return the show will be delivered through the video distribution service FOD (Fuji TV on Demand) every Monday at midnight.

Also, on Netflix every Tuesday beginning on May 2019.
