Yazawa Eikichi creates a new remix of his 2016 live album “LIVE HISTORY 2000 – 2015” and offers fans to exchange the old version for a new remixed version for free

Typically when you hear of an exchange process for a product, it is because the merchandise was defective.

In the case of Yazawa Eikichi’s 2016 live album “LIVE HISTORY 2000-2015”, Yazawa contacted his management that he wanted to redo the live album mix again and in an unprecedented move, to do an exchange process for free.

Yazawa who finished touring on December 19th, spent the end of the year and the New Year vacationing with his family in the United States.  While listening to the album “LIVE HISTORY 2000-2015” in another country, he felt that fans should have a better mix.

So, when he returned back back to Japan, he hit the studio and remixed the 32 songs featured on the album.

For fans who have purchased the 2016 album, there will be an exchange process where one can return their old album for the new remixed version for free.  A receipt will be unnecessary for exchange.  In addition, all CD’s shipped in the future will be replaced with a new version.

But the exchange is only for a limited time.  For fans who have purchased “LIVE HISTORY 2000-2015”, the exchange process will begin at noon on March 9th and will end on June 3rd.
