Dragon Ash Furuya Kenji’s “Wanderlust” to be the ending theme for “Rainbow Days” film

With “Nijiiro Days” (Rainbow Days) set for a July 6th release, it was announced that Dragon Ash’s Furuya Kenji “Wanderlust” will be the ending theme for the film.

“Rainbow Days” is a live action film adaptation of the popular shojo manga series written and illustrated by Mizuno Minami (serialized in Shueisha’s “Bessatsu Margaret” magazine).

The series revolves around four high school guys who are friends.  They aren’t part of any clubs, they just like to hang out. But when Natsuki, a hopeless romantic falls for a girl named Anna, his three buddies try to meddle with their relationship.

The film will star Sano Reo (from the music group GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE), Nakagawa Taishi, Takasugi Mahiro, Yokohama Ryusei, Yoshikawa Ai, Tsunematsu Yuri, Hotta Mayu and Bando Nozomi (from the music groups E-Girls and Flower).

With Furuya Kenji doing the ending theme and Fujifabric’s “Niji” (Rainbow) to be the opening theme, other songs announced for the film is Fujifabric’s “Baumkuchen”, Leola’s “Gunjo”, Abe Mao’s “17-sai no Uta” and Super Beaver’s “your song”.
