Dragon Ash’s Furuya Kenji (Kj) returns

On the 13th, “Dragon Ash” vocalist Kenji Furuya (44), also known as KJ, updated his Instagram stories and announced that he would be returning back to activities.

Furuya announced in November that his five scheduled performances would be postponed due to poor health caused by panic disorder. On this day, he showed a close-up of himself wearing glasses, saying, “In the afternoon, we ate delicious curry in front of Saga Station, drank delicious coffee, and made new glasses,” and added, “I will be returning to work from today. We apologize for the inconvenience and concern”. He also wrote, “Thank you for letting me play in a rock band”.

Furuya had been suffering from chest pain and dizziness since mid-August of this year, and tests determined that it was caused by panic disorder, so he took a break. He also announced in September that he would be divorcing actress and talent MEGUMI , whom he married in 2008.
