Morita Go and Miyazawa Rie announce marriage

Back in October 2016, it was reported that actress Miyazawa Rie and V6’s Morita Go were dating.

The two met on the stage performance of “Vinyl no Shiro” (Vinyl Castle) back in August 2016 and their working relationship would blossom into an actual romantic relationship.

It is rumored since January that the two are planning to get married.

On March 16th, both Morita (39) and Miyazawa (44) released a joint statement:

We are reporting that on March 16th, today we got married.

From now on, we would like to support each other as a family,

We would like to carefully take a step forward with our time together,

Please watch over us warmly as we look forward to your guidance and encouragement in the future.

Miyazawa’s management released a statement that Miyazawa Rie is NOT pregnant and will continue to work in the future.

V6 members Nagano Hiroshi (Nagano married actress Shiraishi Miho and both are expecting their first child), Inohara Yoshihiko (Inohara married actress Seto Asaka) and Okada Junichi (Okada married actress Miyazaki Aoi), Morita Go (now married to actress Miyazawa Rie),would be a first for a Johnny’s group where the majority of all members are married, with only  Miyake Ken and Sakamoto Masayuki being the only members that are not yet married.
