Ishida Issei and Iimura Takako share a kiss at Niconico Chokaigi 2018

Actor/musician Ishida Issei (43) and wife Iimura Takako (19) appeared at the Niconico Chokaigi 2018 (Niconico Super Conference 2018) held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba on April 28th.

Ishida visited the Niconico Shrine set up at the venue and prayed for their baby to be born safely, Iimura is currently five months pregnant.

When one goes to the shrine, the viewers had to vote to give them their blessing or not.  73.1% voted to bless the pregnancy.

Afterward, Iimura surprised her husband by showing up.

Viewers then asked for the couple to share a kiss and at first, Iimura was a little hesitant in giving a public kiss but the Niconico audience wanted it and the two shared a public kiss.  The kiss received an applause from the audience.

Ishida was asked about the 24-year age gap between them and Ishida responded, “No way would I have ever dreamed about having such a young wife because I am over 40-years-old”.

As for the baby, Iimura said the gender of the child is not yet known.  But she wishes for the baby to be born safely.

Iimura also said she would never forgive Ishida if she cheats.  If he cheats, Iimura said (with a smile) she will strike him and beat him if he cheats.

Ishida married Iimura earlier this month, he was previously married to Miyake Emi (2003-2006) and another woman (2014-2017).

Ishida met Iimura through a stage collaboration and started dating back in November.  He then declared his relationship at a press conference and announced on April 6th that he would be marrying Iimura and that she is pregnant.
