The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office (Tokyo chiken) announced on May 1st that it has declined to prosecute Yamaguchi Tatsuya for indecent acts against a 16-year-old girl.
FUJI TV reported that TOKIO member, Yamaguchi Tatsuya, was sent documents under suspicion of forced indecency.
According to the report, Yamaguchi (46) invited a 16-year-old girl who he met through his show NHK “R no Hosuku” (R’s Law) to his home back in February, encouraged her to drink alcohol and forced her to kiss him.
Because the case was settled between Yamaguchi and the victim and Yamaguchi acknowledge the incident, the report was withdrawn.
Johnny’s Jimusho has suspended Yamaguchi Tatsuya from any entertainment activity indefinitely.
