TOKIO’s Matsuoka Masahiro (41) has been announced as the replacement for former TOKIO member, Yamaguchi Tatsuya for NACK5 79.5 FM’s “TOKIO WALKER” (Sundays at 7:00 a.m.).

Matsuoka’s first day on the job will be on May 13th according to the TOKIO WALKER website.

NACK5 ended “Yamaguchi Tatsuya TOKIO WALKER” on May 2nd stemming from Yamaguchi’s incident involving an underage teen after a police report of involving him was released.

According to the report, Yamaguchi (46) invited a 16-year-old girl who he met through his show NHK “R no Hosuku” (R’s Law) to his home back in February, encouraged her to drink alcohol and forced her to kiss him.

Yamaguchi sent out a statement and had an emergency press conference to apologize to the victim and her family and ultimately submitting his resignation as a TOKIO member and with Johnny’s Jimusho.

TOKIO WALKER’s radio broadcast began on April 1996 and celebrated their 22nd year on their April 22nd.  After Yamaguchi had his emergency press conference with an apology to the victim and her family, the program was officially suspended.
