Nogizaka46 to pull off a concert in two different locations simultaneously

Nogizaka46 members were surprised when captain Sakurai Reika (23) announced during a handshake event at Port Messe Nagoya on May 12th that Nogizaka46 will be performing at two different locations simultaneously on July 6th.

Sakurai and the members felt confused about what was announced.

But the group will be doing an unusual concert at Tokyo Meiji Jingu Stadium and Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium.

Nishino Nanase (23) said, “Are we going to go back and forth in two venues?  Can we do that?  It’s on the same day right?”

Sakurai responded, “This summer is going to be rough.  But does it mean that we are growing up?  I think you all can see something that has never been done before, so please do not hesitate to come!”.
