HKT48 member Miyawaki Sakura and AKB48’s Takeuchi Miyu cancel handshake appearance

Both HKT48 Miyawaki Sakura and AKB48’s Takeuchi Miyu (both are appearing on Mnet’s “Produce48”) canceled their appearance for the “Teacher Teacher” handshake meeting at Makuhari Messe (July 22, 2018).

According to the Sakura’s post on 755, Miyawaki wrote, “I feel that I have become very weak recently, I feel I will break apart if I don’t rest”.

Sakura’s fans have wrote to Sakura:  “Do not push yourself”, “Please rest”.

As for Takeuchi, she wrote she was unable to make the handshake meeting due to personal reasons.

本日行われる握手会を一身上の都合により振替とさせていただくことにしました。急な決定となってしまい、楽しみにしてくださっていたみなさんに申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。会場にいらっしゃる、向かっている皆様、本当にごめんなさい。振替可否などはまた後日お知らせがあるようです。

It has been a challenging schedule for both Miyawaki and Takeuchi who have been going back and forth from Korea to Japan and back for their work obligations.

In addition to the two, AKB84’s Okada Nana also had to cancel her appearance for the event due to poor physical condition.
