Mnet’s “Produce 48” Week 3 has aired but the preview for next week’s episode 4 shows Miyawaki Sakura and Takeuchi Miyu in tears

Week 3 of Mnet’s “Produce 48” has aired.

Featuring 96 trainees from Japan and South Korea and features a collaboration between Mnet’s “Produce 101” of South Korea and the J-Pop idol group AKB48. The winning 12 contestants as voted only by Korean viewers will be part of a music group for two and a half years.

And one thing many of us have feared is how Sakura would be in the running event (that was shown in the teaser) and we can no doubt expect Matsui Jurina’s competitive nature to show up which was evident in this week’s episode.

We also saw the teams not doing so well observing the other teams for their closeup shot (which is now available on Mnet’s channel on YouTube).

And we also see the spirits crushed for some trainees as they were downgraded.

And also see Nakanishi Chiyori’s facial expressions of the Korean judges…

And more group competitions. But now it will be in front of a live audience!

But with expectations high for the team in Group A who will perform in week 4, it makes us wonder…why is Miyawaki Sakura and Takeuchi Miyu in tears?
