AKB48G trainees are returning back to Japan, the morning after the “Produce48” finale

It’s been a long day for a lot of the AKB48G trainees who took part in the “Produce48” finale.

While the Japanese trainees did magnificently well considering prior to the series starting, many weren’t sure if the Japanese AKB48G members could be anywhere near the level of the Korean trainees, many held their own and worked hard.

While 8 made it to the top 20, only three Japanese trainees: Miyawaki Sakura (HKT48), Yabuki Nako (HKT48) and Honda Hitomi (AKB48) made the top 12 and will be debuting as the global pop group, IZONE (pronounced as Eyez One).
