Japan-based streaming music service AWA’s business tie-in with global short movie platform, TikTok

Japan-based streaming music service AWA has a business tie-in with global short movie platform, TikTok.

With this new business alliance, TikTok users will now be able to utilize 25,000 songs such from groups and artists such as DA PUMP and Koda Kumi when shooting a video.

In addition, more music may be added and AWA aims to add 5 million songs and make them available.

Through this collaboration, it will expand content and improve quality for both services.  Uses who are registered as AWA members can fully play music on TikTok as a music player.  In AWA, one will be able to share music to TikTok, so there will be a seamless integration of both services.  Also, people can open the AWA channel in a TikTok application and recommend music to TikTok users.
