Fans celebrate Ichiro at Tokyo Dome in what may possibly be his final baseball games with the MLB

Fans have come out to celebrate the amazing career of Ichiro Suzuki (45) and is no doubt one of Japan’s legendary baseball players.

The writing seems to be on the wall with an abysmal spring (going 2 for 31, 10 strikeouts) and the fact that most teams want to focus on their younger players, if anything, one should be pleased that the Seattle Mariners are giving Ichiro, which appears to be a proper send-off for the outfielder in Japan in front of screaming fans who have come out to see their baseball hero.

While Ichiro went 0 -3 in both baseball games, he did manage to excite fans with his defensive efforts, especially for game 2 against the Yomiuri Giants.

Ichiro will be taking part in the opening game series against the A’s in Tokyo but the Mariners are not expected to keep Ichiro in the 25-man roster.  So fans in Japan are getting an opportunity to see what may possibly be his final baseball games for the MLB.
